| Dr. Amiri is a graduate of the New York College of Podiatric Medicine (NYCPM). Her post graduate training was through Cornell University Hospital in New York. She performed her first year of training at Jamaica Hospital, a level one trauma center. She performed her second year of surgical training at St. Barnabas Hospital, part of the NYCPM and affiliated hospitals surgical program. At this hospital she has performed nine months of training in vascular and orthopedics surgery.
Dr. Amiri practiced in Connecticut and NY for over two years prior to her move to California in 1997. She has extensive training in plastic, orthopedics, and vascular surgery. She has extensive experience in diabetic and vascular wound care as well as other facets of podiatric medicine and surgery.
Dr. Amiri is a staff member at four local hospitals: St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center, Victor Valley Community Hospital, Loma Linda University Medical Center and Loma Linda University Community Hospital.
